Return & Refund Policy

Advantage Solution Group (ASG) is an authorized distributor of industrial replacement parts and Ground Engaging Tools (G.E.T.). Many products are shipped directly from our manufacturers or authorized distribution partners. All returns are subject to this policy and the applicable manufacturer's Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requirements.
1. Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior approval from ASG. Customers must obtain an RMA number before returning merchandise. Returns received without an approved RMA may be refused.
2. Return Eligibility
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Products must be new, unused, uninstalled, in original manufacturer packaging, complete with all accessories, and in resalable condition.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Special-order products, custom products, non-stock items, electrical/electronic components, made-to-order hydraulic hoses, clearance or discontinued items, installed or used products, and products damaged through misuse or installation are not eligible for return unless shipped incorrectly by ASG or approved under a manufacturer's warranty.
4. Shipping Charges
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless ASG shipped the wrong item or the manufacturer authorizes a warranty replacement. ASG recommends insured, trackable shipping.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
Inspect shipments immediately. Report shortages, shipping damage, or incorrect items within 5 business days. Photos of the packaging and merchandise may be required.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued only after inspection and, where applicable, manufacturer approval. Processing generally requires 2–4 weeks depending on supplier processing times.
7. Manufacturer Approval
Some returns require manufacturer approval. If the manufacturer declines the return or warranty claim, ASG cannot issue a refund.
8. Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to manufacturer restocking fees and administrative processing fees where applicable. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
9. Limitation of Liability
ASG's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. ASG is not responsible for labor, installation, downtime, rental equipment, lost profits, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
10. Right to Refuse Returns
ASG reserves the right to refuse returns, limit future returns, or assess applicable manufacturer restocking fees for excessive return activity or products that cannot be returned to the manufacturer for credit.
11. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for disputes shall be Tarrant County, Texas.
